I have passed the International House of Food on numerous occasions while driving up and down North Monroe Street. It occupies the space between a stand-alone check cashing business and a shuttered Oriental market. For more on the International House of Food check out the full review on Tallahassee.com.

I’ve been past there a bunch on my way to The 4th Quarter. It sounds really good. The cleanliness at C+ concerns me though, what was up with that?
The tables and eating area were clean. The outside was a little shabby, and the front door needed to be scrubbed. Nothing too major, but enough to take it down a few notches.
Gotcha. That lot is bad lol. I’ll have to check that out once my wife is up for some curry again.
It really is. The abandoned store and dated chain link fence didn’t help things out. The curry was a special, so I am not sure how often they make it. The other items (gyros etc) looked good though.
I stop in this place about once a month just to get the chicken curry dinner. I think it’s great! I also really like the shirazi salad he serves with it. I often get a double portion.
I would say that they have the chicken curry about 80% of the time. The menu really doesn’t seem to change much.
Thanks for the comment David! Good to know the chicken curry is on the menu fairly regularly too. I really enjoyed it!
