The owner of the Firehouse Subs on West Tennessee Street gave me some swag to give to my readers. To enter the contest, all you have to do is tell me what your favorite Firehouse sub is by leaving a comment!

That’s easy, the pork and slaw sandwich. I’m hoping it does well enough to keep it as a permanent item so they don’t “McRib” us with it.
I think we’re going to get McRibbed! I am not sure of the date it leaves, I need to do some digging and load up before it does.
Their Smoked Turkey is my favorite – takes a traditional sub and makes it that much better!

New York Steamer’s my husband’s and my hands-down favorite, Mike. But I want to try the King’s Hawaiian before it’s gone. Pulled pork and slaw are perfect for summertime sandwiches. Yum!

I am always hesitant to try new things. Feels weird saying that on your blog. Lol. So since I don’t venture outta my comfort zone often, I always go with the Meatball sub. Add jalapenos!

I love the hot pastrami and provolone! Being from Miami, it’s the only place I found that tastes like the pastrami back home! (pair that with a fresh sprite zero and cherry from the Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain = awesomeness.)
Oh gosh, nothing better than than the Club sub, fully involved on white with an extra pickle..mmmm going to stop on my way home for a dinner sub for me and hubby..lol
It’s not a sub, it’s the pork sandwich! So good I had two last week–no not at the same time, two different days! I hope they keep it on the menu. Oh, and you have to have the Miss Vickie’s salt and vinegar chips. Yum!
My favorite is the Italian. They hit the meat-bread-toppings ratio spot on. I may go and get one right now!

Now that the pork sandwich it out, it’s been my go-to fave for right now. Pre-pork, I always got the same thing. So much that one of the girls there know what I wanted, how I wanted it, and what my name was. O.o It’s the steak and cheese on wheat. So so good. I usually add the Captain Sorenson’s sauce or the Jump Up and Kiss Me hot sauce when the have it.

In the heat of summer, its the chicken salad sub.
The rest of the year I opt for the engineer. Love their ‘shrooms : )
Unfortunately, I don’t think my favorite Firehouse sub is on their menu any longer. I loved the Engine Company sub, with turkey and roast beef and melty cheese. Yum.

My favorite is the Steak & Cheese!! Love all that melted goodness all in one place! Takes me back to old days with my uncle in Chicago!
I know this is super late but The Kings Hawaiian does AMAZING in the fact that it is only here for a limited time annually 🙂 And ask us to add BBQ next time it’s even better (Shocker it doesn’t actually come with bbq on it)
