The Grain Made Me Like Butternut Squash

During the most recent silent auction at the Annual Fall Soiree to benefit the Foundation for Leon County Schools I was asked to donate a “lunch with a food blogger” experience. Amazingly someone actually bid on the item and after a couple scheduling issues I was finally able to meet the winner, Angela Perry, for lunch. We decided to meet at The Grain. I was able to find on street parking and sat on a picnic table in front of the restaurant. Fellow food bloggers, Sara the Canadian scientist and Sarah the State of Florida Food Photographer, soon arrived, and together with Angela we made our way inside.
