As you may have read, Angelette’s Cajun Kitchen was in the news last week following the arrest of its owner on charges she failed to pay the State of Florida sales tax collected from customers. I visited the restaurant before the events of last week unfolded and offer my review based solely on the taste of the food, presentation, atmosphere, service and cleanliness of the eatery. While some may shy away from visiting Angelette’s in light of the pending allegations, others will choose to support the restaurant. I will only say the Eggs a la Duane are amazing. For more on Angelette’s check out the full review at Tallahassee.com.

I didn’t hear that yet! But after seeing these pics, I don’t think I’d care. I need to check this place out!
You need to go! It is really good. Food was excellent, but make sure you are not in a rush!
I thought the service was great! Our waitress was especially attentive to our kids, and even brought Mason an late order of extra sausage in a timely manner considering they were super busy.
It was a wait time on the food issue. It was slow, and the service rating encompasses the kitchen too. And yes, our server was good.
