Following a change in lunch plans my friend Andrew and I decided to pay Midtown Pies a visit. It is a new restaurant operated by the owners of Gaines Street Pies, in the space at the Manor @ Midtown formerly occupied by Luna’s Italian Food.
Walking in we were greeted by an open modern space. A bar ran along the left side wall while tables dotted the dark terra cotta stained concrete floor. Deep aqua, lime green, and a light blue decoated the wall. Towards the back of the restaurant a hand drawn sign announced the place where to place our order.
