Tallahassee is experiencing a hamburger boom. The Tin Cow is the latest purveyor of patties to arrive in the Capital City and make a claim to the best burger in town. Accompanied by several members of the North Florida Football League we headed down Tennessee Street for some NFL football, fantasy football smack talk, and game day grub.
The Tin Cow is located in the building that was formerly home to AJ’s and is a work in progress. Outdoor signage still advertises the former tenant, and a rain soaked tarp half covered a second sign attached to the side of the building. I’ve seen better looking fries, that’s for sure.
They kind of tossed them onto the plate. The burger looked and tasted great though, which to me outweighs the fry deficiency.
yeah that’s the main thing. I’m about to post a currywurst review and they look terrible but taste great.
Exactly. Taste trumps looks!
