Our sugar pea recently turned four years old, and we celebrated with a gaggle of little girls at Cookies And Tea For Me. Following a morning of pink lemonade, pink cupcakes, and pink glittery dresses I wanted something substantial to eat, and suggested on our way back to Monticello we stop at Bradley’s County Store for a quick bite.
We pulled into the dirt parking lot and the kids, hopped up on all sorts of sugar, bounded from the car. A tin roof dotted with rust shaded the front porch. Four rocking chairs waited for occupants. Miss Julia scooted through the screen door and I chased after her. For more on Bradley’s read the full review on Tallahassee.com.

This is a local favorite of ours and a special treasure. I love taking the back roads home and swinging by Bradley’s for an afternoon snack .
